Avataryug plans

Every new account begins with a default free plan (after completing the sign-up process). You can either upgrade to the Pay as you plan or request a quote for a customized Enterprise plan.

Usage, units, and premium features

Payment for your plan is calculated according to your plan usage and add on features.

PLAN USAGE

Each plan is based on the measurement of a specific unit. Unit usage is calculated monthly or annually. The number of units used during the plan cycle (month or year) is deducted from the total package units.

You can visit billing page to get detailed information about your unit usage.

Exceeding plan usage

When you exceed the number of units in your plan cycle, extra costs are applied. You can see all costs in the plan details section. To help prevent exceeding plan usage, exhausting prepaid credits, or reducing extra costs, alerts are sent via the notification center in the following cases:

  • Your account credits are at a low level (less than $10 remaining).
  • You're getting close to reaching your allocated units (75% of your plan units).
  • You've exceeded the usage of your plan units.
  • You can check with your CSM or contact support for upgrade options.

Add On FEATURES

Any add-ons you've included in your plan are premium features. For example:

  • Support plan
  • Managed Services

PLAN UNITS

The different units on which a plan can be based:

Request Units A request unit (RU) measures the amount of compute and IOPs each query will incur. Every API request has varying requirements for resources; RUs are an abstracted metric that represents the size and complexity of these requests. Request Units

PLAN UNITS

The different units on which a plan can be based:

Templates and Skins Recorded dollar units of your templates and skins purchase in marketplace. - Marketplace

Marketplace

The template and skin prices are set for each template and skin level).

  • Each unit represents $1 of the recorded usage measurement.
  • Recorded dollars are presented in USD currency.
  • Prices with centimal units are charged based on the marketplace price set, e.g., $0.99, $1.99.

Billing page

The page includes a recharge account. Auto-Recharge Setup, Billing Summary From here, you can:

  • Recharge your account wallet.
  • Setup auto-recharge
  • Review your plan details.
  • View your metering usage and cost.
  • View and download invoices and reports.

Note

Only account admins and account users with appropriate permissions can access this page.

To access the Account management page:

  • From the menu bar, click on Billing.
Recharge your Account

Manual Recharge

You need to set up billing information for the first recharge.
1. Select the amount you would like to recharge using the slider.
2. Select the payment method.
We use Braintree by Paypal as a payment processor, which provides a single interface for both your credit card and PayPal payments.
3. Click on the PAY button to process the payment.

Note

  • We support the following modes of payment: credit card, PayPal, wire transfer.
  • Your credit card and Paypal data are securely stored in Braintree by the Paypal payment processor.
  • You need to create a support case to recharge your account via wire transfer.

AutoRecharge

Enable Auto-Recharge to automatically recharge your account when your balance gets low or is about to expire, and never worry about billing again.
1. Select the recharge amount by using the slider.
2. Select the payment method.
3. Click on SETUP AUTO-RECHARGE.

Note

  • Your credit card and Paypal data are securely stored in Braintree by the Paypal payment processor.
  • You need to create a support case to recharge your account via wire transfer.
Metering

From the Overview tab, you can see the details of your current plan, review plan usage, and credits utilization

Plan details Includes details that differ by plan, such as those listed below:
- Templates and Skins
- Request units
- Content Storage
- Database Storage
- Content Delivery
- Support Plan

Plan usage Shows the unit usage in your plan, since the last update (UTC). You can view and download usage reports to get aggregated data on usage tab
Note: Your invoice payment depends on the number of units used and the add-ons included according to your plan.
Future plan This section appears only when a future plan has been purchased. If this is the case, you'll see details on your next plan here.

Usage reports

UNDERSTANDING USAGE REPORTS

Usage reports show aggregate data grouped by date, meters, dimensions. This makes it easy to sort, filter, or pivot by any of these dimensions.

Note

  • Usage reports and invoices are calculated based on the UTC+0 time zone. As a result, there may be slight discrepancies between usage reports and the data reported on dashboards, other aggregated reports
Invoices

Access the Invoices tab and invoices to:

  • Check invoice details and payment status
  • Download invoices (PDF)

Note

The Payments and invoices tab is available only for plans that require payment (plans other than Free plan).

In this section, you can see paid invoices, download them.

Invoice Date Invoice date of issue
Invoice Period Duration of services rendered
Invoice Total Invoice amount. Currency type and payment details are set at sign-up
Invoice Details Details of the invoice
Billing Information

From this tab you can view and update your company details and contact persons for billing.

Company billing details

When choosing a Pay as you go plan, you must provide company billing information. This information can be updated at any time. For generating an invoice, you must provide company billing details, and at least one billing contact.

To add or update Company billing details:

  1. Enter or update your billing details, and click Update.
  2. Read the legal terms and accept them by marking the checkbox.
  3. Click Submit. A popup message indicates if the changes were saved successfully.

Note

- If there is missing or invalid information, the billing details won't be saved. For example: 1. If the company tax number is required by your country, it must be entered in the correct format. - The postal code (ZIP code) must match the selected location.

Note

There must be at least one contact person, and they don't need to be an admin user.

    State: Add a state, province, or territory

-First Name, Last Name: Must be in English only
- Email, Phone: Must be provided
