Inventory Management¶
What is Inventory Management?¶
Inventory management refers to the process of overseeing and controlling a company's inventory of goods or products. This includes managing the ordering, storing, tracking, and use of inventory to ensure that a business has the right amount of stock available at the right time while minimizing costs and maximizing.
- Open Project in the Portal and select User on the left sidebar.
- Select the user ID and select the Inventory tab.
Instance ID¶
- To grant item. click on the Box
- Select the Items/Containers/Bundles (Multiple items can be picked up)
- Click on Grant New Instance
Inventory¶
- Id : It would be auto-generated based on the item granted.
- Display : It will be generated according to the item granted.
- Created : It would generate the date and time as per the item granted.
- Expired : It would generate an expired date and then time as per the created
- Status : status of the item granted. It can be active or revoked.
- Uses Left : It determines how much of the item remains after it is consumed.
- Action : To revoke, click on revoke and select revoke.
